Program Description:

Note that the Junior Sessions includes a 30-minute warmup which begins 45 minutes before going on the ice.  The cost of this warm-up is is included in the price of the session and begins at 10:45 am.  Skaters are expected to bring a skipping rope, running shoes and appropriate clothing for stretching and moving.  If the skater has long hair, it is to be tied back.

This year the club has introduced a new fitness program where the instructor specializes in working with different Figure Skating clubs in GTA. The program has been designed to keep in mind the physical requirements of a great skater. It is strongly recommended to attend each session to make most of your skating experience.

On-ice time is 11:30.

The skaters on this session will share the off-ice warmup and on ice time with our Pre-Junior skaters.

JUNIOR A STARSKATE program is specifically designed for those skaters just completing the CanSkate program or the Pre-Junior program.
